August 1, 1996, all the flight refueling airfleet of the FAS, 1/93 "Aunis" and the 3/93 "Landes" are gathered within the ERV 00/093 "Bretagne" in Istres. The traditions of the "Aunis" are abandoned with the profit of those of "Bretagne". The traditions of the "Landes" (SPA Bi 54 and SAL 22) are preserved
